ServiceNow’s Position on CRM Competition
ServiceNow doesn’t seem to want to acknowledge that they want a piece of the Salesforce business. They currently state that they only compete in:
- Customer service
- Field service management
The Reality Behind ServiceNow’s CRM Expansion
The fact is that they just bought Logik.AI and are moving more and more into the CRM space. We believe ServiceNow has bigger plans and will compete increasingly with Salesforce.
